At 4 p.m. today, the City of Orlando will return to a Level 3 monitoring status at the city’s Emergency Operations Center (EOC).
As city staff continues to assess damage, debris and outages throughout the city, it’s important to note the following updates:
RESIDENT INFORMATION
The Citizen Information Line will no longer be active starting at 4 p.m. today. Residents are encouraged to call the following numbers below to report damage, flooding, downed trees and power outages.

Any immediate emergencies or hazards, please contact 911.
NEIGHBORHOOD CENTERS, PARKS AND RECREATION FACILITIES
All City of Orlando Neighborhood Centers will resume normal operations on Friday, October 11, 2024, except the following five centers still without power.
* Rock Lake Neighborhood Center
* Rosemont Neighborhood Center
* Northwest Neighborhood Center
* College Park Neighborhood Center
* Dr. I Sylvester Hankins Park Neighborhood Center
Additionally, City of Orlando After School Program Holiday Camps will be open at all operating Neighborhood Centers for enrolled students on Friday, October 11, and Monday, October 14, 2024, starting at 7:30 a.m. This is due to the closure of Orange County Public Schools.
All City of Orlando parks, including the swan boats, will also reopen on Friday, October 11, 2024.
LAKE ALERT
The City of Orlando has issued a Lake Advisory for all lakes until further notice. Please refrain from any recreational activity or contact within the lakes. All boat ramps are closed. As a precaution, please also refrain from contact with standing water in the roadways.
